3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate contract, Nexus Video Value retains all intellectual property rights to the raw footage and creative elements produced during the video production process.
Upon full payment for our services, we will grant you a license to use the final delivered video content for its intended purpose as specified in our service agreement. This license typically includes the right to display, distribute, and reproduce the final video for your business or personal use.
We reserve the right to use portions of the final video content for our portfolio and marketing purposes, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Payment and Billing

Payment terms will be specified in the individual service agreement or proposal.
A deposit may be required before commencement of work.
Final payment is typically due upon delivery of the final video content or as otherwise specified.
Failure to make payments as agreed may result in delays, suspension of services, or withholding of final deliverables.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Video Value shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms
